Sub-processor list

Every company that processes customer environment data on Permia's behalf is on this list, with its role in the service and the country whose courts have jurisdiction over it. The list is reviewed quarterly and every change is published here before the new sub-processor touches the service.

Billing and demo-booking tooling is not yet contracted. Any payment processor or booking vendor will be added to this list, with its role and jurisdiction, before it processes the first customer record.

Not on this list

Any model vendor. Your agent's API traffic runs on your own keys, under your own contract with your provider. That vendor is not our sub-processor: its GDPR role toward you, processor or independent controller, is defined by your contract with it, not by us.
